I interviewed three realtors prior to meeting with Asaaf and Chris. I quite looking for an agent when we met. I worked with Chris and Asaaf to purchase a home. They definitely had a challenging "listing agent" who dropped the ball on a couple of documents and a few other details. This included listing realtor showing up 30 minutes late for the third showing without explanation or apology. Chris and Assaf had to micromanage the process to get a satisfactory closing date. Chris was the lead realtor on this transaction and his knowledge of FHA available properties was amazing. His responsiveness and tenacity was impressive. I would definitely recommend this "team" again.
